Issue description

Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)When I open my program list
(2)Try to uninstall
(3)Error message telling me I must close Chrome pages before uninstall will continue. Chrome pages are not open but it perceives that there are.
What is the expected result?
Chromium will be uninstalled
What happens instead?
The same error message
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
I don't know how it was loaded onto my computer but it is set to open by default as soon as I log on. I don't want it.

I imagine Chrome is running in background mode. Look for the Chrome icon in the taskbar near the clock on the bottom-right of your screen. You may need to click to expand the various icons there. Quit any/all Chromes you see there, and you should be able to uninstall. Using Task Manager will also work. |
