Steps to reproduce the problem:
Device TOSHIBA CB35-C3350 Chromebook 2
1. Install/launch the app
2. Click on settings button at the top-right corner 
3. Observe that the drop-down menu is misaligned

What is the expected behavior?
The UI elements must be rendered properly.

What went wrong?
ARC based apps including our app got issues with the alignment of UI elements on certain devices after the Chrome OS update from 52.0.2743.85 to 52.0.2743.116. 
The pop-up buttons are not clickable and drop-drown menu is not aligned with the drop-down buttons.
We did testing for a few combinations of Chromebooks and OS versions.

Device: ACER Chromebook C720
All apps except ARC Welder are working for both OS versions. ARC welder was working for 52.0.2743.85 but stopped working after the update. Other ARC apps are working fine.
