Set default printer at device level for single-app kiosk

Project Member Reported by nbarretta@google.com, Aug 4 2016

Issue description

Description:

Use case:
The customer would like to deploy an application in Kiosk Mode that will have printing options presented to the user. However, they would like to be able to control the default printer in the print preview window when the device is running in this mode. Presently, this can be set at the Public Session level, but not at the device level for single-app kiosk.

There may be a way to do this programmatically within the application code itself. If there is, please feel free to close this out and instead point me in that direction. Thanks!

Bartosz, you have been working on the printing stack can you advice on this bug or reassign to the main printing team.
This is controlled by the DefaultPrinterSelection policy. Based on the issue description, we seem to be currently surfacing this policy for Public Sessions only. If you want it to be surfaced for Kiosk Apps as well, please file an FR against the DMServer team in b/.
