Tracking bug.

Need to run existing clank instrumentation tests and potential new instrumentation tests needed for the blimp mode in clank, so that:

1. Need a target/targets for blimp running clank tests
2. Some tests require client+engine integration environment. So bundle target with integration script so that script would be called when running the instrumentation tests.

Not sure how much targets should be created for the 2 points yet.(Probably 4? Like 
1>Clank tests run in blimp mode bundle with script 
2>Clank tests run in blimp mode no integration env 
3>New Blimp instrumentation tests bundle with script 
4>New Blimp instrumentation tests no integration env
etc...)
