IME for Mus: Limit caret bounds to client's focused window.

If IMEServer forwards the OnCaretBoundsChanged() as it is to the IMEDriver, then clients can display the candidate list anywhere on the screen. This should be limited to the client's focused window.

We should be fine as long as the TextInputClient on clients behaves correctly.

Feel free to reopen if it is still a concern.
