The remoting_start_host binary is ~17MB on my installs, this is because it links in additional code that also exists in remoting_core.dll.

If we update this exe to depend on the dll, we should be able to reduce the size of the exe to ~100KB which would represent a decent reduction in our CRD Host MSI package size.
