Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch an Android app containing AlertDialog and/or Toast using ARC Welder.
2. Show up the AlertDialog/Toast.

What is the expected behavior?
AlertDialogs and Toasts should show up in their proper places (by default - AlertDialog in the middle of a screen and Toast at the bottom-middle).

What went wrong?
AlertDialogs and Toasts are misplaced on the screen - they are shifted up and to the left compared to their normal positions. 

However, for AlertDialogs button clicks are being detected at positions where an AlertDialog should be drawn instead of where it's actually drawn. 

Did this work before? Yes In previous stable versions of Chrome OS / ARC Welder.
