New History feature has UUIDs in author addresses

Project Member Reported by mark@chromium.org, Aug 4 2016

Issue description

Using the new History feature on https://cs-staging.chromium.org/ just announced to chrome-infra:

The History layer is doing freaky things to author addresses. For example, turn on History for https://cs-staging.chromium.org/chromium/src/base/mac/objc_property_releaser_unittest.mm?type=cs. Each revision has this as an author address:

mark@chromium.org@0039d316-1c4b-4281-b951-d872f2087c98

What’s that UUID-looking thing doing there?

These are commits imported from git-svn, the UUID is actually part of the git commit: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/4cc0ceef9ebc89a090e0a23ea325f8a1db546c8b

I agree we should strip these out in the UI though.
