http/tests/security/xss-DENIED-cross-origin-stack-overflow.html crashes

After landing https://codereview.chromium.org/2209593002/, wrapper creation under stack-overflow starts crashing.

It's not really nice but would be okay because many V8 APIs are already crashing under stack-overflow.

Update TestExpectations.

* scrollbar-damage-and-full-viewport-repaint.html is flaky.

* http/tests/security/xss-DENIED-cross-origin-stack-overflow.html is Timeout too.
