About Chrome does not open when Advanced Settings are expanded in new Canary Settings

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome Settings
(2) Expand the Advanced settings dropdown from either left of bottom option.
(3) Click "About Chrome" from the left bar.

What is the expected result?
The "About Chrome" page to be displayed.

What happens instead?
The left bar hides, the Advanced Settings are collapsed, but the "About Chrome" page is not displayed. The page only opens when Advanced Settings aren't expanded.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Unable to reproduce the issue on Windows 7, Mac 10.11.5, Ubuntu 14.04 using 54.0.2817.0, latest canary 54.0.2819.0, stable 52.0.2743.116 as per above steps.

Please find attached screencast.

camw22@Could you please check the issue on clean profile and update the thread if issue still persists.
