Easier build repro for bot failures

It'd be awesome if the bots could print a single copy-pastable line with the exact commands to reproduce the build, i.e. gn command line plus ninja build command line.

The resolved blocking bug implemented printing the gn args or gyp_defines at failures. I'll add the exact cmd lines, once the v8 tooling for gn is in place.
