What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Edit a bookmark and mash the "New Folder" button
2. Scroll up

What is the expected result?

No bleeding of the TreeView into dialog background


What happens instead of that?

Some of the tree view nodes bleed through / aren't clipped properly and appear below the dialog buttons. See attached.

Also happens in the collected cookies dialog.

You are probably looking for a change made after 409288 (known good), but no later than 409304 (first known bad).

Raster display item lists via a visual rect RTree.


So it's possible this is the same underlying problem as  Issue 633869 , but the symptoms are quite different.
