Countries with brackets are not recognized if the brackets are not present. |

Issue descriptionFor example if a user types: "Macedonia" into a country field, Autofill will not create a profile as it does not recognizes Macedonia as a country. It expects "Macedonia [FYROM]". The same applies for every country with a bracket in the name.

If you go to chrome://settings/autofill and try to add a new profile. In the country select, you can see the full name of the country. Some of them have these brackets, ex: Congo, Coco Islands, Myanmar, etc The problem is that when using a country name to fill a form, Autofill does not seem to be able to infer that "Myanmar" is the same as "Myanmar [Burma]" so it does not find it in its list of countries. Thus no profile gets created.

Very strange. I would've thought Autofill converts that into a code, like US, CA, GB, etc., so the display name should not be compared. I guess I was wrong.

Yeah it stores the country code. But if you enter the full country name, it will try to convert it to its associated country code. For that part it uses the full name. So "Myanmar [Burma]" gets converted to "MM" but "Myanmar" does not and thus no country is set for the profile. We then discard that profile because it does not have a country.
