What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to chrome: //settings/siteSettings/cookies
(2) Try to find a specific domain to manage
(3) Manually type Ctrl/Cmd+F then type the domain, or scroll forever

What is the expected result?
Find a specific domain quickly and easily, with little to no thought required.

What happens instead?
I have to "hack" the page with the browser In-page Find feature, or scroll forever. Previous versions of Chrome, without MD-enabled Settings, did not incur this pain.
