Running a WM_DPICHANGED size update with views::HWNDMessageHandler::SetBoundsInternal triggers a size change that causes the Window to fall associate into the previous monitor, triggering another WM_DPICHANGED with another views::HWNDMessageHandler::SetBoundsInternal that goes back to the original monitor, triggering another WM_DPICHANGED.
