Show extension icon for chrome-extension:// URLs in new security indicators

Not sure if this was discussed before, but looks like we are showing the (i) icon for chrome-extension:// URLs in the new security indicator world. Would be nice to show the generic extension icon instead. This would help against attacks like https://www.seancassidy.me/lostpass.html
