This is an issue that flackr discussed recently with me. We have an infra bug on the issue, as at the time it depended on which bot the test ran on.

Although in this case we seem to have gotten expectations with the incorrect scrollbar theme, so as a first step we should rebaseline.

Mark hindi-rotated for rebaseline

The test might be flakey due to bot issues, but it definitely has the
wrong test result. So get a new one.
