Need to be able to search for cookies to delete

Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? Sometimes a website gets into trouble and I need to remove cookies for that particular website. I don't want to remove cookies for all websites, and I don't want to search for it manually in a looooong long list. Old Settings allows me to do that - easily search for the appropriate cookies by typing (part of) the domain, and then select them all and remove in one swift action. In the new UI I have to manually search for all related cookies and click on every single one of them to remove it - so if the website creates a lot of them, that's a lot of completely unnecessary and annoying clicking. You should make it possible to delete all the cookies that the user can filter for. As a side note, quite honestly I'm not even sure what's the point of messing around with the current settings UI. It's totally fine as-it-is, good old "it's not broken so don't try and 'fix' it" comes to mind. Version: 54.0.2816.0

This feature is still not available, but the "Switch back to old settings" seems to be gone now. Can you please bring it back until all functionality is provided in the new UI ?

The new location for cookie management, `chrome://settings/siteSettings/cookies`, is far less intuitive than the old `chrome://settings/cookies`. Though, I do greatly appreciate that the URL matches the click-path for reaching the corresponding screen.
