Memory.Chrome metric is not very useful - let's include in Memory.Renderer

The context is we're removing Memory.Chrome from heartbeats and it's currently not covered by Memory.Renderer.Large2.

Same thing for Memory.Extension.

Obsolete as these metrics are replaced by Memory.Experimental.*
