Blank page is displayed upon opening the saved PDF file

OS: Chrome OS (peppy,Daisy)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Open any Webpage(Ex : www.google.com) 
(2)Ctrl +P and save as PDf
(3)Open the save pdf file and observe the blank page is displayed

What is the expected output?
Should display the original page 

What do you see instead?
Blank page

This is recent regression issue as it is working fine on 54.0.2806.0/8639.0.0.

Able to reproduce the issue on Gnawty using chrome version 54.0.2816.0/8667.0.0.
This issue is observed on Guest mode also.
Adding dev blocker as this is simple repro and recent regression.Please feel free to adjust the label if not required.
