"Clear selected" in the Application panel does not clear sessionStorage despite stating so

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to http://phistuck-app.appspot.com/
2. Press F12.
3. Run in the console -
sessionStorage.p = "1";
4. Go to the Application panel.
5. Go to Clear storage.
6. Make sure everything is selected.
7. Click on Clear selected.
8. Run in the console -
sessionStorage.p

What is the expected behavior?
undefined

What went wrong?

While you are there, at least in Chrome 52, the button wording is weird.
At first, it is "Clear site data" (no matter what you choose). After clicking on it, it becomes "Clear selected". Why even bother changing it?
It also makes me feel as if the first click cleared everything (regardless of my ticks) and only the second click will clear only the selected ones.
