Regression:Weird behavior is seen after long press of spacebar key on history 'side navigation bar' options.

Chrome Version : 54.0.2817.0 (Official Build) cd4d5eb8d957a3ce7ccf0fa60243eccd8ba47691-refs/heads/master@{#409416} (32/64-bit) 
OS:Windows (7,8,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and open to 2-3 webpages
(2)Navigate to chrome://history ,press tab key such that focus appears on 'synced tabs'
(3)Now long press spacebar key and observe.

Actual: Weird behavior is seen after long press of spacebar key on synced tabs option.

Expected: No such patch should be seen after long press of spacebar key on synced tabs option.

This is a regression broken in 'M54' and will soon update other info.

We should make this consistent so that the ripple does not appear without an action taking place.

The easiest solution might be to prevent the ripple from appearing on spacebar.
