Regression: Weird favicon icon of extensions is seen in task manager.

Chrome Version: 54.0.2817.0 (Official Build) Revision cd4d5eb8d957a3ce7ccf0fa60243eccd8ba47691-refs/heads/master@{#409416} 
OS: Mac (10.10.5,10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open 'Task manager' and observe the favicon icon of extension

Weird  favicon icon of extension is seen in task manager.

Favicon icon of extension should seen properly in task manager.

This is a regression issue,broken in 'M-54', will soon update the other info:

Retested the above issue on Mac 10.11.6 with chrome version - 54.0.2824.0 & favicon are seen correctly in the task manager. Hence marking the same as TE-Verified-54.0.2824.0
