OS: Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Files app
(2) Select 200 files and folders on Drive and press Ctrl-X
(3) Move to another folder on Drive and press Ctrl-V

What is the expected output?

What do you see instead?

Moving 200 files took more than 3 minutes.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
