Reported by vku...@etouch.net, Aug 3 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version:	54.0.2817.0 (Official Build)Revision cd4d5eb8d957a3ce7ccf0fa60243eccd8ba47691-refs/heads/master@{#409416} (32/64-bit)
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing
(2)Click on 'record' button with 'Web Developer' option selected and stop the recording.
(3)Click on Metrics tab then click on any tab like 'Frame Data' or 'File Size Stats' and observe.

Actual: Focus stays on previous tab even after clicking on 'Frame Data' tab.

Expected: Focus should not stay on previous tab after clicking on 'Frame Data' tab.

This is a regression issue broken in M-54 and will soon update other info.

It could be due to the Polymer migration. Assign to Kari for investigating.

This is fixed in 54.0.2829.0 (current Mac Canary).
