Video get distorted when go in and out from fullacreen mode in gfycat.com

1. Play the video and press on fullscreen button
2. Go out of fullscreen mode
3.

Video got distorted after going out of fullscreen modr

Can repro on N5x w/o Spitzer, but w/ Spitzer does not repro.

Same on N5. This is likely a bug in the Android MediaPlayer then.

Should be resolved on M52 as we increase Spitzer roll out.
