black patches on webpages constantly and videos stop working after a few minutes

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_9_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

If this happens always on any web page, I'd suspect it is a hardware problem
or any underlying OS software issue, rather than Chrome specific issue.

krfulton23, as we don't have an immediate reproduction steps, it is hard to
make any progress on analyzing the issue.  Do you see the same symptom only
on Chrome, and is this issue new?

Could you provide a screenshot, at least?

hint: On Mac, hit Shift + Cmd + 4 simultaneously then hit space,
your Chrome window will tint, and tap/click on the tinted window will
save the screenshot on your desktop.
