2. Enjoy the reload

I can surf the web

Thanks for the report.

Not able to reproduce the issue on Win7 using Chrome Stable 52.0.2743.82, Beta 53.0.2785.34, Dev 54.0.2816.0 and Canary 54.0.2816.4

attached screenshot for reference, could you please check with the above mentioned versions and also please try with a new user profile and let us know if the issue still persists.
