Unable to login to Browser with school provided google account

Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Click the sign in to chrome button in top right corner of the browser window (2) Enter email address provided by a school (Harding University) (3) Enter login information into the school website that opens in a new tab What is the expected result? successful login to Chrome. What happens instead? Spinning Wheel and "One moment please" goes on forever and will not log in to Chrome. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Version: 54.0.2816.4

Unable to reproduce the issue on Win 10 and Win 7 using latest canary 54.0.2819.0 with gmail account and google account. Please recheck your credentials and network as well with your school authority regarding the access. Removing the Needs-Bisect label as unable to reproduce it, please add it if there is enough info to reproduce it.
