"Send feedback" button is unreadable in white text color & 2 empty boxes on top of UI

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in 
(2) Launch Feedback report (Shift-Alt-i or Help/Report an issue)  
(3)

What is the expected output? 
Feedback report button should have black test color as "Cancle" button 
No other UI issue 

What do you see instead?
Feedback report button is unreadable in white text color 
2 small empty boxes can be seen on top of UI

It's actually fixed now.

Reproducible in Chrome OS 8697.0.0, 54.0.2826.0 on minnie. 
I will verify once new build comes with the fix.
