Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2810.2 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chrome://history/syncedTabs 2. Click an entry for a synced tab What is the expected behavior? Website opens in new tab What went wrong? Website does not open in new tab Did this work before? Yes Chrome version: 54.0.2810.2 Channel: dev OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
