Implement logic to alias multiple tracks to a single bytestream track per default_track_kinds

Though "TrackDefault" may become at-risk or even dropped from MSE v1 spec (https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-html-media/2016Jun/0019.html), this bug tracks implementing the "default track kinds algorithm" which can result in multiple audioTracks or videoTracks aliasing the matched underlying bytestream track if there are more than one strings in the matching "kinds".

This bug tracks making the changes to impl and test to conform to the spec, even though the feature might become at-risk or even dropped from MSE v1.
