Issue descriptionMeta issue to improve test cases generated by Web Bluetooth's Fuzzer. Some ideas: * Use existing variable to navigate the Bluetooth Tree and get the required variable for the operation * Add and remove listeners * Nested scopes * If the action cannot be performed return an existing variable * Save the services and characteristics globally and randomly clean them up. * Add more catch statements to improve the chances of generating thorough test cases.
