Issue 504170  has been merged into this issue.

Multiple of these were fixed yesterday in upstream test suite: https://github.com/w3c/web-platform-tests/pull/3664.
I'm keeping this bug open to track the remaining interfaces.html failures.

Import MSE tests from web-platform-tests

Some of the upstream tests originate from http/tests/media/media-source/
and in the long run these should be consolidated. Importing is the first
step, and may reveal interop problems in need of attention.

Solved in the interim by wpt IDL refactoring and Chrome compliance cleanup.
