If a user has a Braille display plugged into the Chromebook and opens the keyboard explorer, we should make it so that you can also explore the keys on the Braille display. If you type using the Braille keyboard in this mode, you should be able to hear the given letter. Also, if you use any of the navigation keys, you should be able to hear about what they do in the UI.
