Chrome Version       : 52 stable

See attached picture. On first run I only had a keyboard plugged it (no mouse). I can get past the first screen where it's looking for a mouse by pressing 'enter', but the next screen (picture) is not "tabbable", I cannot get to the options using only the keyboard.

If I plug a mouse and click on the window, tab navigation works as expected but eventually can be lost.
