Memory Leak - Native heap Increasing

Issue description

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Chrome
2. Load google.com
3. Option->Check Request Desktop site
4. Wait for load to complete
5. Option->UnCheck Request Desktop site
6. Repeat steps 3,4 and 5 for 10 times.
7. Take adb sumpsys meminfo for org.chromium.chrome(Browser Process)
8. Repeat steps 3,4,5,6,7 for some time.

What is the expected behavior?
Native Heap should not increase.

What went wrong?
Native Heap is increasing in each itaration.

Chrome version: 54.0.2807.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 6.0.1
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

dumpsys meminfo information for 10 iteration is attached.

I tried to run it 100 times and the only increase I found in chrome allocations was 300KB because of network caches. Though I saw an increase in total malloc, which is not from chrome. I will try to see if there are some Android allocations causing this leak.
