ec: fold als task into motion stack |

Issue descriptionSome ALS sensors are managed by the als task, other by the motion sense task. For Ryu, I use the motion stack to report the data to the AP [android]. For other devices, the ALS task was a simple way for the EC to gather ALS info. However, the ALS code has become bigger and bigger and duplicate the motion code (power management, init failure, ...).

Note it is already done for si114x and opt3001 (https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/424323) - should have set the BUG= properly.

The other ALS drivers I see in master branch are the isl29035 and the al3010. I'll fold those ALS tasks into motion stack.

Per discussion with Gwendal this morning, we are going to hold off on this effort until there is an actual need (i.e. wait until someone wants to use one of the two ALS chips that have not been converted to use motion stack). |
