On Windows 10 there's a small white border around the content area and toolbar. It's a holdover from the more substantial client edge present in earlier versions of Windows. I don't think anyone likes how it looks like Windows 10, and I don't think there's any reason to wait to remove it.

I'm not going to change the opaque frame or the frame in earlier versions of Windows because it still looks fine there.
