sprang is this expected as part of the libvpx roll or is it something else worth looking into?

Most likely from the libvpx roll, as there were alot of vp9 changes in that roll. Will take a closer look.

There are some libvpx-vp9 changes that could cause small regression in the screenshare_slides_vp9_2sl test. The vp9 changes are needed, and since the regression is small and specific only to vp9-spatal_layers-screenshare case,
will mark this as WontFix.
