Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8530.35.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.36 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8530.35.0 (Official Build) dev-channel veyron_minnie Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. launch Android play store and something else Android (Youtube) 2. in this scenario I swiped down the youtube video playback and somehow trigger the app to stall. both Play store and Youtube apps shows running, but tapping on their task bar icon does not maximize it. audio stops playing too. they seems to be stalled background processes. 3. flip the screen backward to trigger screen rotation. 4. observe the whole screen turns black 5. after about 10 sec, the whole system recover itself, with a single browser and top bar showing 'Chrome did not shutdown properly' and the [restore] button. observe all android apps icon on task bar now shows not running (process killed also in the crash) What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? not sure, but my guess would be something has to do with memory management with Android app running, and how screen rotation works with this device. Crashed report ID: No. enabled crash reporting and reproduced the system, yet it did not capture anything. How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? No Chrome version: 53.0.2785.36 Channel: dev OS Version: 8530.35.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
