"You're now signed in to Chrome" dialog has unnecessary scrollbars.
On Gubuntu 14.04 LTS + Chrome 54.0.2810.2 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run chrome with a clean user data dir (eg. --user-data-dir=/tmp/foo)
(2) Sign in to an existing account from the first chrome prompt.
(3) Observe dialog with scrollbars (see attached).

Expected: Dialog does not have scrollbars.
Actual: Dialog has scrollbars.
