Implement HDMI/VGA support for connecting Slides Presentation mode to the Presentation API

Project Member Reported by pyszkiewicz@google.com, Aug 1 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect to HDMI
2. Open your Slides presentation
3. Click 'Present'
4. Click 'Presenter View'
5. Drag Presentation View window over to secondary monitor and make it full screen.
6. Full screen Presenter View on your desktop screen.

What is the expected behavior?
1. Connect to HDMI
2. Open your Slides presentation
3. Click 'Present'
4. Full-screen Presentation View should open up on the secondary display, and full-screen Presenter View should open up on the user's desktop screen.

What went wrong?
Slides Present mode doesn't detect or at least use the secondary monitor when opening up Presentation View. This forces the user to take several steps to set up the intended configuration when connected to a secondary display, which is having full screen Presentation View open on the secondary screen, and full screen Presenter View open on the desktop screen.

Did this work before? No

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.11.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

PowerPoint and Keynote already have the expected behavior.

Definitely on our roadmap but will require some effort to prioritize. Should be easier to do once we've shipped 1UA mode for wireless displays.
I worked on DZslides and I also work on bespoke.js. I'm really interested in this. I'm available to try and beta test this ASAP. Don't hesitate to ping me.

We don't have a public milestone for this, so dropping priority to P3.

This has been shipped in Chrome :-)

We are working with Google Slides and other developers on utilizing it in their products.

This is awesome!!!
I'm going to try it on my custom presentation tool ;-)
