MD Settings: Tests for navigation

Tracking broken or commonly broken navigation I want to add tests for:

* preload from sub-page (/searchEngines, /siteSettings)
* preload /advanced and toggle Advanced
* preload /, open searchEngines, open fonts,
  (wait for open to complete or not), navigate back
* preload /, open searchEngines, click subpage back arrow,
  open profile, navigate back 3 times fast.
