[system-health] load:social:facebook story is overshadowed by load:news:flipboard

The reason for this is that the Flipboard story class has been incorrectly called "LoadFacebookStory" (https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/tools/perf/page_sets/system_health/loading_stories.py?l=125) since it was added in https://codereview.chromium.org/2162873002.
