What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Load www.google.co.kr. Request desktop site.
(2) Observe the desktop version of the website. Page is not proper. Page is  
    rendered beyond device width.
(3) Now rotate the device to landscape mode. Uncheck the "Request desktop site"
    option. Observe that mobile page is not fiting to device screen.

There are 2 problems which are mentioned above.

What is the expected output?
In case of both the problems, page should be rendered as per the device width. It should fit the screen.

What do you see instead?
Instead, the page goes beyond the viewport.
