unresponsive renderer dialog put on wrong windows

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable a screenreader (e.g. Narrator) to turn on full AX
2. open two chrome windows
3. in one window, go to https://cs.chromium.org/chromium/src/v8/src/ast/scopes.cc?q=scopes.cc&sq=package:chromium&dr
4. switch to the other window
5. wait for the unresponsive renderer dialog to show up

What is the expected result?

codesearch renderer gets focused

What happens instead of that?

dialog is shown on top of the non-cs window

possible.

Checked the issue on Chrome Canary# 54.0.2817.0 on Windows 10 and could not reproduce the issue.
Opened two different windows and followed the steps provided in the bug.
Observed for 10 minutes and did not observe any unresponsive render dialog.
Could you please let me know if i have missed anything.

I guess AX isn't enabled for you. Instead of enabling the narrator, you can also just go to  chrome://accessibility and enable "global accessibility mode"
