Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
The bisects are unable to reproduce the issue and it was only on a single bot for a single platform, but a across all stories. Furthermore, reported_by_os values (PSS & private dirty) did NOT regress. Therefore, I think it's safe to assume that it's not a real regression.
