Autotest should ensure that there has been a successful login since last reboot

Tests can behave differently before and after a successful login (e.g. crbug.com/632526). Autotest should ensure that there has been a successful login before running the test.

I think we should handle this on a per-test basis. Most tests work correctly without logging in first, and this would add 30 sec or so per test.

I'll post in http://crbug.com/632526 how you can login for your test.
