Perf sheriff fixit: unsetting owners where reporter==owner, to clarify the current member of the rotation is responsible for triage.
Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
I don't know - this metric seems to have progressed back to where it started from over a few months. It's unlikely we'll find this regression, and it may not be worth digging in at this time. Wontfix.
